Information I collect
When you contact me through this website (form submissions, info-pack requests, quote requests), I collect the information you provide: typically your name, email, phone, age, home value, and current mortgage balance. I do not collect Social Security numbers, credit-pull information, or other regulated personal data through this website — those are collected only as part of a formal loan application after we've agreed to move forward.
Standard server logs may include your IP address and browser type for security and analytics purposes.
How I use it
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide the reverse mortgage advisory services you've requested. I do not sell or rent your information to third parties. C2 Financial Corporation, the brokerage I work under, may receive information you submit when you choose to proceed with a formal application — see C2's privacy policy at c2financialcorp.com for details.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information I hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (949) 439-7030. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — including the right to know what information is collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information (I do not sell any).
